New In-Person Classes, Finally!

Our practices are not making us bigger or better than others, they are only downsizing our ego so it can fit into our hearts. When we’ve done that we will be able to love ourselves and others — which is the purpose and fruition of all spiritual practices.”

Greetings Everyone!

I am beyond happy to announce that not only have we added four more in-person classes to our public class schedule, but we also have one of our most beloved teachers returning to the studio. Keith Werhan is back! After a year-long hiatus due to the pandemic, Keith will be resurrecting both his weekly beginner’s class and his ever-popular restorative class. Starting this very weekend, Keith’s Begin at the Beginning class will take place on Saturdays from 4:30-5:45pm; then his Restorative Yoga Unbound class will be held on Sundays from 4:30-5:45pm. Hallelujah! He would be thrilled if you came by this weekend to say hi and to practice, and all this rain is making it ideal yoga weather.

Meanwhile, now that my Level 1-2 classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays have been getting more crowded, I’ve decided to add two more of those to the schedule. Come join me on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:15-9:15am for a super satisfying, all levels practice. And since most of you have been loving the exciting new prop that I’ve been using in class recently, I thought it would be fun to re-run last week’s workshop. Reserve your spot now for Yoga ABC’s this Sunday, April 18 from 12:30-1:45pm by clicking on the big button below. A standard 6′ dowel has been taking my personal practice to new levels of depth, ease, and integration and I can’t wait to share some new techniques with you.

I hope to see you in the virtual or actual studio soon!

Take care,

Geoffrey
