Spring Retreat and Ongoing Breathing Class

The contradiction so puzzling to the ordinary way of thinking comes from the fact that we have to use language to communicate our inner experience, which in its very nature transcends linguistics.

Greetings Everyone!

Ever since moving back to New Orleans from the San Francisco Bay Area I have been searching for a retreat destination that’s far enough away so as to remove us from our everyday lives, but close enough that it can be accessed for a long weekend. And after dreaming, experimenting, and searching for the past decade, I am pleased to announce that I have finally found such a place. Sculpt Studio, in the charming town of Seagrove Beach, Florida on scenic Highway 30-A, was custom-built by a charming husband and wife duo to host wellness events like the ones I conduct. I am thrilled to have connected with them, and I am so excited about leading a retreat at a gorgeous beach setting that only requires a fairly short drive from New Orleans as opposed to an all-day travel affair to Tulum or Costa Rica. If any of this sounds alluring, then I would like to cordially invite you to join me for this year’s Spring Retreat in Seagrove from April 22-25. Unlike previous retreats where I organize the accommodations and food, this one will be a bit different in that I’ve left those aspects up to you. The main advantage to this arrangement is that it provides you more freedom to choose where you’d like to stay and what you’d prefer to eat. It also provides a little more leeway for being with the group or being by yourself. I think it’s a beautiful blend of congregation and private haven. Oh, and did I mention that the yoga is going to be really, really good? Read more about it and claim your spot by clicking below!

One final bit of news: due to the positive response of those who participated in my 4-week breathing course over the holidays, I am happy to announce the inauguration of an ongoing, online Conscious Breathing class that will take place on Mondays from 6:00-6:45pm. It is open to anyone and everyone; you needn’t have a background in yoga or meditation in order to participate. All that’s required is a little time and a little curiosity for you to experience the sanity, clarity, and contentment that naturally arise from attending to your most basic biological function. And remember that you don’t need to join the class at its designated time; each session will be recorded so that you can access it at your convenience. Read more and register now by clicking on the other big button below.

I hope to see you in the virtual or actual studio soon!

Take care,

Geoffrey
